Great location away from the busy town. Private sea access (off the rocks), gorgeous pool, plenty of space at pool and by the sea. Staff were good, as was breakfast and lunch. Lovely property.

Amazing hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. The room is cleaned every day. Breakfasts are fresh, with plenty of vegetables and fruits. The food at the hotel restaurant is also very tasty and served in large portions. Special thanks to the bartender Irfan for excellent service, he is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel has its own small access to the sea, which is also very nice. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so the noise of the city and the mosque won't disturb your rest.

Decorated with palms, bougainvilleas and dry-stone walls, this hotel resembles an authentic Turkish village. It features a sea water pool with uninterrupted views over the Bay of Kas.

Merih and her staff were phenomenal! She was a terrific hostess who was exceptionally welcoming and tentative to our every need. The suite was gorgeous and beautifully kept with sensational sea views. The private beach was incredible with lovely cabanas to lounge on. The food served was fresh and delicious. Lycia Hotel is a delightful escape from the busyness of Kas city centre and was a relaxing paradise. Highly recommend !!

This Hotel is AMAZING and really exceeded our expectations. I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I feel I have to! The team at the hotel went out of their way to welcome us and to make sure we had everything we needed. There was nothing that we could want that wasn't provided. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast is delicious and the bar and restaurant in the hotel were also fab.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The host was very pleasant and kind. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main city activities and 2 minutes from delightful breakfast cafes. The room is well-equipped for cooking if needed. I was particularly impressed with the perfect bathroom – I haven't seen anything like it in Turkey, complete with warm flooring. I recommend choosing a room on the first floor (ground floor in Turkey), as it offers additional space on the balcony. Enjoy your stay!
