Amazing hotel. The rooms on the top floors (Golden Horn and Marmara suites) have panoramic windows with 180 degrees view over the city. When checking in, we got a free room upgrade, what was very nice of the staff in the reception. The hotel is a few km outside the city centre, but if you want to have an amazing view of Istanbul, this hotel is a perfect choice. Would get back there again.

Loved how attentive the staff was Yusuf was lovely he suggested where who could grab food to eat. All staff was attentive. Had surgery so i required ice every few hours in which i received my ice packs every few hours. Had such a lovely experience recommend this to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly hotel with amazing customer service. My flight was in the night in which they allowed me to leave my luggage at reception which meant I could go to eat before getting my transfer to the airport.
