The resort is located very close to the airport, so we stayed for two nights only before going back home. The room is very clean and comfortable, staff are very accommodating and nice. convenient location next to the beach (which is not the best in Phuket, especially during the rain season, but this was not our objective anyway). Amazing on site spa (Lime Leaf) - we had our last massage just before heading to the airport - both girls were very professional and went out of their way to heal our bones and muscles after a long trip - although we had only booked a foot massage, they added extra head and neck massage, as well as some stretching. Really nice memories for both me and my son!

The reception was very nice. Both receptionists were very helpful and check in was very fast. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Unbelievably amazing bathroom.

We love everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional, all of them from reception, restaurant to the guys driving the xars to your room. Albert the manager made himself available and always around. The breakfast is the best I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. And the views from the hotel are amazing. Will definitely return. 💯 %

We were over the moon with our stay at The Pavilions. The resort is a beautiful oasis. The villa was incredible. There's lots of activities and excursions available. The food was delicious and they offered a great breakfast. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend! A trip of a lifetime that we will never forget.
