Very clean and we really liked the ecstatic and the look of the room. Super handy when you need to be at the airport. But I would recommend staying here anyway, because it was such a lovely hotel!

Everything was good. Even all the little touches. The bathroom was stocked with hygiene products including toothbrush and toothpaste. I didn’t use but very handy.

The location adjacent to the Bangkok airport is perfect. We generally spend a month in Hua Hin /Cha Am, and take a shuttle to the Novotel if we have an early morning flight. Even with having to be at Suvarnabhumi at 5:30 AM for checkin, breakfast is available from 4:00 AM. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great ambiance, great people.
