Simply put a wonderful place! Pinky and the whole crew was very helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I was upgraded to a bigger villa and couldn't be more happy about my stay. Spacious luxury home with a super nice pool and beautiful green surroundings, would love to visit again!

The property is located on an almost private quiet beach, the prettiest cleanest beach I have seen. It’s being refurbished, we saw some of the new rooms and they look amazing. It’s close to chewang and all the nice restaurants. What really stands out is the staff, I have never stayed at a hotel with more exceptional staff. They remember your orders, they think ahead, they are polite and welcoming, it was the highlight of our stay. The manager was amazing, walking the floor, chatting to guests. Even the massage was possibly the nicest I have ever had.

Please book this place, we had the best 2 weeks here! The staff are so incredibly kind & nothing was too much trouble. It was my husband’s 30th whilst we were away & they went to so much effort for him. We booked the Sala Suite & it was perfect. The room was so spacious & don’t even get me started on the bathroom…incredible! Breakfast was excellent, brought to our villa every day & they have vegan choices too. We dined at the Sea La Vie restaurant quite a lot & loved it, again plenty to choose from with vegan options too. Even when we didn’t eat at the restaurant we spent most evenings sitting out looking at the sea, it was so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave! The hotel is slightly further out from Chaweng, but that’s what we preferred. We were only a 15 min journey from Chaweng, but found it much more peaceful staying slightly further out. There was still plenty of bars & small shops nearby within walking distance. PLEASE book this place, you won’t regret it!

The room is beautiful and the service is amazing! We had a wonderful stay at W. Everything went well from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Reservation Team, Welcome Team, Food & Beverage Team (thank you Gift and May and everyone in F&B team for taking good care of us), the cooks at the Kitchen Table, including a very yummy customized Indian vegetarian main course by the Indian master chef, Buggy team and the people at the beach (Boss) are super friendly.
