We got a room upgrade to an amazing villa! Everything was perfect, the people, the room, the pool, the bed was soft and so comfortable. Location is only ten minuts walking to the beach and to the local market too. We even made a friend, our thai cat. ❤️ Thanks for everything!

Staff was very friendly and helpful reception staff Milly and Gift helped out with all sort of things during entire two weeks stay. Very efficient service and professional approach from them. It was perfect location on the beach front, we really enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast, it was just delicious and for dinner there are lots of yum restaurants all around, staff exceptionally helpful, pools fabulous, we loved our 3 weeks there and will return 🤗 We looked at changing resorts but found we were in our perfect place

The rooms are clean & well laid out with options for couples and families. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel (Serene Wing), overlooking the pool. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. Rooms also have large bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Cleaners come daily and will change your towels / clean your room on request. There is tea & coffee making facilities in each room, in additon there is a free bottle of water supplied daily. There is also a mini bar in each room, but we prefered to purchase drinks & snacks from the local supermarket as it was cheaper. All staff were amazing and will go out of their way to assist you. They all spoke excellent English, so it was very easy to communicate. Buffet breakfast is offered daily with plenty of options including fresh fruit, eggs, toast, Asian breakfast and hot food. There is also an air conditioned gym + creche on site The hotel is only 5 mins walk to the beach and shops/restaurants of Karon beach, so very convenenient!
