I ordered the property for my parents as a gift. They were super excited for the room and has a really nice time there. Breakfast surprised them as well, they were very satisfied with a huge offer of the breakfast meals in the restaurant. They would return immediately. As a big plus, the room was super clean and comfy.

I liked everything in this old house where is now appartment. It is very cosy, perfect roof windows for fresh air, everything you need in kitchen, very nice bathorrom and on the upper level great place for bed. Everything is very cosy. I wish I could share this appartment with somebody but unfortunatelly was on business trip alone. I forget some clothes there and with no problem we willl solve this problem so I will get my clothes back. Also perfect place for parking and very nice garden for afternoon resting.

Really clean, spotless rooms. Recently modernised and incredibly friendly. Brilliant breakfast. Right beside the train station.

Everything was absolutely great and we loved our stay and would love to come back again. Special thanks to the receptionist Veronika which took care of us as well as all the rest of the staff, you all have been wonderful.

Very good location, in the center of the village, but still quiet. Restaurant in the location and others close, same as for supermarket and sport equipment stores (also for renting equipment) Big rooms (we even got our own lobby for the 2 rooms), nice balcony with mountain view and right next to the forest, everything was perfect Very good breakfast and the host was very attentive to our needs Train station very close (but no noise from there), perfect for exploring the surroundings

The apartment is very nice, modern, properly equipped and at a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the center, restaurants, bars etc. The train station is also very close. We really enjoyed staying here.

The Modry Dom apartments are a wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy the natural beauty of the Slovak Paradise. We discovered this place completely by chance – we were traveling from a climbing trip in Austria to Slovakia to do the Kyseľ via ferrata and explore some climbing spots in Slovak Paradise. We were looking for a place to stay on the way, and initially wanted to stay at a campsite, as it’s important for us to be as close to nature as possible. Since we couldn’t find any beautiful campsites, and we were planning to arrive late in the evening while it was raining, we started looking for a place in a village with a garden – and that’s how we found Modry Dom. Modry Dom is located in a charming little village, in a residential area, with views of the mountains and meadows. The apartment interior is tasteful and elegant – just like in the photos. The bed is comfortable, the linens are fragrant, the bathroom is beautiful and well thought-out, and through the large windows you can see the garden. The living room and kitchen are combined – just as elegant and spacious as the bedroom – and although they are shared, we never ended up at the table at the same time as the neighbors. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and – importantly – there are also basic cooking essentials provided: pepper, salt, sugar, oil, etc. The price for this apartment was the same as we would have paid at a campsite, but with completely different comforts – so in the end we got a “camping experience in a house” with the nature view we were hoping for. The host was incredibly kind. The other guests we met were also lovely, wonderful people who had returned to these apartments more than once. We’ll do the same. P.S. On Sunday we visited the local church where the locals gathered for a Sunday service, and afterwards we had ice cream. The wonders of Slovak Paradise were just a 30-minute drive away. Great breakfasts, tea and coffee in the room, friendly staff, and a discount card for the water park. They also allowed me to leave my bag until the evening on check-in day. Highly recommended!
