The staff was uniformly friendly and conscientious. I find them extremely helpful every time I come. I regularly hold meetings there and invite guests to the restaurant gladly. The hotel is located near the city centre in an old city house built in the XIXth century, I suppose. It is a great opportunity to live a vintage lifestyle with all possible comfort features. The apartments are equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, cooking pads, electric kettle, comfortable king-sized beds and a modern TV set. There is a set of teas and coffees for you to have a great morning or a cozy evening without any need to go out. I liked the lighting very much, as you can choose it to be more Ambient or more functional. The Wi-Fi is great in terms of speed. The staff is very welcoming and usually speaks great English and sometimes Hungarian, which is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast can be served in the rooms (for no extra cost) or in the café, and is worth every penny.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We were provided with room slippers and bathroom kits. There was both a shower and a wide tub. The hotel is close to Kaufland (1 minute) and close to the city center by car (9 minutes). The atmosphere at the hotel was joyful and pleasant by the staff. We highly recommend Kosice Hotel, worth your money.

The location is amazing, in a forest with fresh air (and still not far from the city centre). Nice rooms and lobby area, latter with full of interesting paintings. Very nice staff in the restaurant, they were flexible and offered dairy free dishes/gluten free bread. They all speak good English, receptionist was also helpful. Small jacuzzi, but lovely sauna &relaxing area in wellness.
