I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

Everything worked perfectly in the room. It was really comfortable and well sound proofed. The hotel is part of the central station, so very handy, but no noise from trains or anything. Top marks to the designers! Great to have English language tv. Staff were very helpful. Lovely breakfast
