The Hotel was well located. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. The staff at the reception were outstanding - Maria, Yelena, Bratis, and 2 other ladies on the day I checked out (sorry cannot their names. I would like to mention that the staff went out of their way when we had a bit of an emergency on saturday 28th and had to extend my stay there. I felt most comfortable and secure hence chose to stay at JUMP INN rather than move to another hotel. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This was my second stay here (I also stayed at one other location) and I loved it just as much as the first. I was traveling with my newborn and was so surprised to find a crib waiting for us when we arrived without even asking. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed how much Serbians truly love children. The staff is friendly professional and very responsive. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The location is excellent close to everything yet peaceful. It’s always a pleasure to stay here and I will definitely be coming back.

We as 10 friends took all 6 rooms and felt like at family , comfortable and safe. Marco, extremely helpfull was waiting for us at the street to show the hotel .We were in touch with him during our 3 days staying and he was always ready to help. He recomended us Igor, great taxi driver , who organized our trip. The hotels localization is best in Belgrad , the rooms are big and comfortable.The breakfast in Art hotel was full of cold and warm delicious food.
