Extremely nice room-service and reception staff. We arrived after 22:00 when the restaurant closes and they were kind enough to send food to our room beforehand. Also, the room is great, wonderful bedsheets and amazing bathroom. Sparkling clean. Nice views of the dense forest and the mountains.

It was all great, the hotel itself is lovely, the room is spacious and pretty, as is the bathroom. The location couldn’t be better, so convenient to everything but totally quiet. Breakfast was good too. Best of all, Cristian at the front desk was the nicest guy, so friendly, professional and super helpful. He spent so much time assisting me with my plans, getting train schedules etc, gave great recommendations for things to do, where to eat etc. Really made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend for a visit to Brasov!

Everything was AMAZING! The welcoming from Marianna (so sweet and true professional), the location (couldn’t ask for anything more ! in the heart of Brasov old town), the building traditional but renovated , the bistro so cool atmosphere and excellent breakfast and lovely dinner , the room itself - we stayed to one of the suites as a free upgrade (we were lucky to have it since they had availability) , so spacious , excellent amenities , great view to the pedestrian street ! Soundproof windows , kept the noise outside but it was so lovely opening them in the daytime to see the sun on the pavements ,and hear the birds and the street musicians! So lovely ! We have just left and we want to go back !!!!

It was a great pleasure to stay at your hotel It is very well positioned 5 minutes from the old center I also found a parking lot.. At the reception I met a very nice lady ( I don't remember she..name, he had long hair).. he welcomed us with a smile on his face..he explained something about the city..for me it's the first time I come to Brasov.. The hotel is very clean Very welcoming Small room..but perfect for a couple Clean bathroom.. Very quiet...no noise in the hotel lobby.. Breakfast..very good.. compliments to the chef...everything was perfect (I have been working in a hotel for 20 years) I have a lot of experience about breakfast I was very impressed. ..of everything I found for breakfast..I asked the chef.. what is here..? he answered me very nicely ..omleta..( I don't remember the name) but please send him ..congratulations..) The restaurant is very clean..quiet.. Panorama ..superb...excellent ..very well positioned... We enjoyed ourselves... Congratulations..to the managers..who manage this hotel...
