Great experience every time! I have stayed here many times already, and Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch, Doha, is the place to be. I am traveling for business purposes, and they make me feel very welcomed. I was welcomed by the receptionist Abubakar, who was very firnedly and handed me the key cards. After I went to my room, I called reception and told them I wanted a room with a king size bed and a bathtub and my room did not feature a bathtub. Abubakar was very kind and sent me the keys to a different room through a bellboy, whom also helped me move to a bigger room, with a very big terrace, which had not only a king-size bed, but also bathtub. I appreciated the fact that even though the restaurant was closed until evening for Ramadan, you could still order room service at any time. Also, I would like to mention Suzan, a lady from Housekeeping, who was very kind and personable when I asked her to bring me some water, coffee and to change some towels. For sure I will come back to this hotel every time I visit Doha. Thank you for your professionalism.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room. There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts. On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.
