Stunning hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent loads of choice. Room was incredible, very spacious and comfortable. Room service was great, timely, good value and delicious. Location was good for us, exactly where we wanted to be.

Nice rooms ( I had premier room - providing also nice view to West Bay Skyline) - very clean and modern, nice breakfast area, elevator, rooftop pool, fitness center, spa. Very helpful staff in all areas.

Hotel is well maintained, in a great location walking distance from Souq and Msherib. The room was very comfortable. All amenities were provided, all the stuff was very approachable, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Pauline at the reception for helping us to get a non smoking room, which was our preferred choice. We tried the room service as well, food was delicious. Many thanks for great hospitality to all the staff and we hope to visit again!
