This accommodation is very cozy and charm like in Fairytale. The personnel is very nice and helpful. A bit later check in was no problem. Port wine as welcome drink :) The rooms are very comfortable. Location is perfect, only 5 minutes from train station, very close to city centre. The breakfast is delicious, served to table.

We liked our stay very much. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes from the train station. We had a very nice view on the forest from our window. The breakfast was delicious, people were very friendly, everything was great. I would definitely come back, so far it was my best experience with accommodation in Portugal out of my multiple visits.

Perfect! Location was great. Hotel located nearby Sintra Palace. I can get a bus easily. Room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was so delicious. Staff Indira was so kind. Case Vela is a beautiful house , decorated beautifully , and with a beautiful long established garden . We loved every minute of our short stay there. The staff were charming and very welcoming. Our lovely small double room was big enough for our two nights and its balcony and staircase down to the garden gave us a lovely view in the morning. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The lounge area was a perfect place to spend some reading time waiting for some autumn rain to stop.
