I bought in the off-season, so I got an extremely good price. Unfortunately, as soon as it got dark and I wanted to go back to the hotel room, I had a lot of problems: the light bulb was not on, the hair was smoking, I couldn't open the window in the airless room... My problem was solved within minutes with a new room. With a kindness that is rarely seen in the world. The effort and the service were truly heart-warming. I must also mention the stylish decor of the hotel: they did not use expensive furniture and materials, and it was attractive!

Oh what a fabulous hotel! We were in Dark Chocolate - comfy and it even smelled of dark choc. Lovely toiletries all chocolate. Amazing, really amazing breakfast.

Location, and completely modernized hotel inside while maintaining the lovely older architecture on the outside. And the personnel, especially Ms. Michaela from Argentina. What a lovely human being. She served as a waiter in the restaurant and was also kindly oriented that she (being also a certified nurse) helped me with me blisters, which was what I needed for my tired feet. She helped me reach Tui. Give the lady a big raise! 😊🙏🏽🤩❤️🥾🚶‍♂️
