Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Their response to my questions before and during my stay were always quick and helpful. Martin and two ladies at the front desk provided me many good sightseeing suggestions. On my husband"s birthday a fresh chocolate cake was delivered to the room. Breakfast buffet is really good. The day after Christmas we had the delicious buffet dinner with lamb chop and duck entrees. I wish we could have stayed longer to view the new year Eve famous fireworks.

Excellent customer service. All staff members were fantastic - we had an early morning flight and got our breakfast packed to take with us. Really loved our room - spacious, nicely decorated with little kitchenette and lots of space for clothes. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is perfectly located in the very close proximity to all attractions in the town.
