Everything was excellent friendly staff so very helpful especially the two ladies at reception on check in. Breakfast very good. Great location to the town. Great pool with a pool bistro excellent. Would love to have had chairs on our balcony only top floor had them.

I love this hotel because of it is not anonymously renovated. OK there are some things that could a little bit more fresh like the carpet in the corridor, but the atmosphere is so unique. You enter a bygone era and that is rather unique.

NH Coimbra Dona Ines is located within a 10-minute walk of the Coimbra centre and Coimbra Train Station. It features a business centre, tennis court, outdoor pool and car rental facilities.

Location was in the city centre. Location was sunny (large French windows), quiet and on a pedestrian side street. Access was with digital key pad. The hotel has a roof top terrace ( available to occupants of the Loft Apartments) with terrific views and on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, we had drinks as the sun set. Reception staff were very helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to see and where to eat. The outstanding staff service was regarding locating the accommodation (we were in the Loft Apartments) and car parking (underground and€10 per day). They were next to each other and whilst less than 50m from the hotel, would have been a challenge to find the first time. The staff member guided us to the car park and then to the apartment and even helped us carry our bags as he was guiding us. Wi-Fi was excellent.

Spa area and pool were lovely. Room was lovely----could leave more than one teabag in the room. Nespresso is a nice extra . It is definitely the best hotel in town

Our stay was amazing; it felt like stepping into another era. The hotel's dedication to history and preservation is evident throughout.
