We stayed at Pestana in May for our wedding. It was SUCH an amazing stay in all aspects thanks to the wonderful staff of Pestana! It is a 5 star hotel, but the staff is so down to earth and of course really professional. The room we had booked had some issues with humidity - but this was sorted with no issues and we were upgraded to the presidential suite since it was our wedding! Thanks so much to manager Igor Almeida for an incredible service! The whole Pestana team were so amazing, thanks a lot to Sara Pinto, Sofia Francia, Estela Soares, Hasam and Carlos Silva, for their great service and smile. They were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They also gave us useful information about the hotel and the area, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also want to thank Antonio Aguilar, who always helped us with the luggage, and questions we had about hotel locations and any other request. He had a good attitude and a smile all the time. He was polite, cheerful, and efficient, and he made us feel at home. He also gave us some tips on how to get around the hotel, the marina behind the hotel and what to see and do. The breakfast was AMAZING! The food outstanding, and they even have sparkling wine every day - really calming for our wedding day;) Amazing staff there too of course - so attentive and friendly. In conclusion, we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Hotel Pestana Cidadela Cascais, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality hotel with a great staff. We want to thank all the staff for their excellent work and support, for make us feel like home and special every day, for making our guests and friends feel welcomed and for playing and excellent role in our weeding plan. Our stay at the Onyria Marinha Boutique Hotel in Cascais was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and the service remained exceptional throughout our stay. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to both the Cascais town center and nearby beaches. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the comfort of the bed. Every morning, the free breakfast was a highlight – a variety of fresh and high-quality options. If you’re looking for a luxurious, yet cozy boutique experience in Cascais, I highly recommend the Onyria Marina Boutique Hotel. It made our trip truly memorable! (Note, we traveled in late September during the shoulder season)

It is simply one of the 3 best places in entire Portugal.

Very central hotel. We arrived very early morning and they allowed us to store our luggage and use the bathroom. We were also able to check in earlier. Our family room was upgraded to luxury family room. The staff were excellent and made us feel extremely welcome. The room was fantastic with views to die for. Although there are restaurants around, once the windows were closed we could not hear a thing. The aircon worked well. Room spacious, beds excellent and the balcony was a bonus. Breakfast excellent and all we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Pity we could only stay one night. See you again!
