Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially our greeter at the entrance. He was very helpful with all the necessary information we needed. Food at breakfast was very good. Our tasting menu experience, although expensive, was a really lovely two hours. The food in the other speciality restaurant was very good but the portions were tiny. The pool areas were really well kept. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for that bit of extra luxury we all crave.

Apartment was spacious. Facilities within the apartment were more than adequate. Cleaning of apartment by staff was a bonus. Air conditioning was essential. Swimming pool clean and large. Children loved it. Friendly.

The room was big enough with a king size bed, it was really confortable with much light and a balcony where to sit in the morning. The bathroom was also a really big one. The pool is also nice to relax a bit. We bought a boat trip to Benagil caves and Paulo the owner booked it at the boat company. He was really friendly with his wife Maria. I mentioned him that it's the birthday of my boyfriend and he surprised even me when we were returning in the room one of the evenings and there was a bottle of wine in ice with 2 glasses. It was a really nice gesture from his side. Thank you Paulo once again for everything! We would for sure return to you if we come again in Portugal 😊

The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and accommodating, rooms were spacious and well kept. Breakfast was very nice.
