I am very happy to have chosen this accommodation which exceeded my expectations. Apart from the accommodation in a vintage style building with vintage style furnishings, the hotel also offers a simple restaurant with very tasty food a lovely breakfast, and a rooftop terrace to enjoy your evening glass of wine with a view to an interesting skyline of central Warsaw. The hotel is very centrally located right on the square when the Palace of Culture is located. I had a great view from my room. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although my room overlooked the main street, it was quiet and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast had a great selection and it was served in a very pleasant dining area on the ground floor.

As always we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service is fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel and has a great location. The room itself and bathroom were very spacious. The room was nice, warm and cosy. We love to stay at the hotel whenever we come over from Ireland to visit my family in Warsaw. We especially like to come over in winter. The Christmas decorations at the hotel were gorgeous and the pianist playing at the reception also set the mood beautifully. There is a Christmas market nearby and there is always something going on. If you're staying for Christmas time I recommend Carols concert at Royal Castle.

Staff was friendly, they got me check-in as I my handbag contain the passport was mistakenly taken by other passenger. Reception staff allow me to check-in with my other ID. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. For me the location was great, public transport and city bikes available near by. The appartment was on the 11th floor so the noise of the street is really not a problem. The reception is open until 8 pm. I hit my invoice right away
