First room that I got was a bit "smelly" from cigarettes. One call to reception and they gave me different room without any problem and immediately started with preparation of cleaning the affected room! Great job! Positives: Nice hotel interior Very cozy room with all necessary amenities. Bed was quite comfortable. Wellness is fine, fitness could be bigger but for 2-3 days stay it's OK. Very good breakfast selection. Staff is incredibly nice!

Very good location Booked 2nd night after check out of the 1st because of problems with my flight and they allowed me to stay in the same bedroom 2 single beds very comfortable, very big room and bathroom

The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior.
