we were very satisfied after walking a large part of Piotrkowska Street from the unicorn statue through all the attractions that this really long street offers in this period, still decorated for Christmas in 2025 with a theme from the Nutcracker ballet, to the Christmas market on Plac Wolności, we were welcomed by a cozy and warm room. The hotel staff, both at the reception and at the very rich and varied breakfast, were very nice. Because we were on a train from Katowice to Poznań with a stop in Łódź and these trains stop at the Łódź Kaliska station and not at the main Fabryczna station, the hotel was an obvious choice for us because it is located very close to the station building, you can go 1 stop by tram, which we did upon arrival and for subsequent trips around the city, but the next day we were on foot within 5 minutes at the platform from the exit of the hotel, of course if you are lucky at the traffic lights and don't delay while waiting for the right color.
