The stuff were such a star!! My parents arrived a long flight and their room was ready and they even prepared a snack for them. I asked them beforehand if they can check in a bit earlier and they really tried to make the experience the best. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. They were so so kind . Thank you so much

The hotel is located in the old town of Krakow. Restaurants are literally around the corner. The hotel itself is boutique and is very nice. The hotel room was nice and warm in the mornings and evenings and the bed was very comfy. What I'm most grateful for is that the hotel is quiet. We had no noisy neighbours and no one running up or down the halls which I have experienced in other hotels! It was nice to come back to the hotel in the evenings and relax after a long day of been a tourist in the beautiful city of Krakow. The breakfast in the hotel is good. The hotel won me over on the good quality coffee which is big bonus for me. The hotel is very clean and I am very grateful for the hotel staff that organised my airport transfer to and from the airport and the communication was excellent. The staff are very friendly and always there to recommend good restaurants, tours etc. Thank you hotel Gródek for a lovely stay in your beautiful country.

We have really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Also the location is the best! We have stayed in a room at the back which was quiet and have a nice view of the square. Definitely we will return!
