The pool, the location and the breakfast buffet are awesome. The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding are very comfortable too. We were surprised by the mall. Very big and nice.

Facilities were great but the Exceptional thing was the Staff. I really can't say how great they all are. Always smiling behind their masks and always ready to assist. Even a chef stopped on his way somewhere to take a photo for us. AMAZING
