It’s cozy with good taste. The owner is down to earth and very easy to talk to like a good old friend. She pampers us well with free snacks in the lounge along with a bottle of wine and some liqueurs. The TV has a variety of channels and we spent a great deal in the lounge just to chill and watching the sun go down. Our room is spacious with fridge, kettle along with tea, coffee and delicious muffins. We also made good friend with Benji the dog. Our stay was a very enjoyable 3 nights. We were aware of the walk up and we made plan to walk down to town do our things, finish our meal early afternoon and walk up slowly, it was fine with us and a great way to walk off the big meal we had ;D

Very nice decor of the room. The bathroom may need a touch of renewal to be modern. The bed was great! The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very central location with easy access. Recommended for everybody coming to Queenstown.

Great location, very comfortable hotel. Lounge area, with a happy hour from 5 to 6pm., so we got to meet and chat with other guests - great idea. The Bespoke Kitchen is next door, so if you need something more than the hotel's continental breakfast, you just pop across the road. Lovely hotel to stay in, we left to stay in Glenorchy for 2 days, and the hotel stored our big cases til we returned for another night. Perfect service.

I booked a studio but was upgraded to a one bed apartment with an INCREDIBLE view! The apartment had a lovely loving room with a gas fire, fully equipped kitchen with everything I needed, generous bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The highlight was the floor to ceiling windows with the fabulous view over the lake and mountains, waking up to that every morning was amazing. Tha apartment is a short 10 minute stroll into town so it is very well located. The staff were really lovely, the apartment immaculate and there is also a gym and hot tub for residents to use. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and will be back for sure if I ever get the chance to visit beautiful Queenstown again. Thanks so much for a great stay and for the upgrade, it made my trip ❤️

The hotel is extremely well located in Queenstown and we did have a small view on the lake. The room was spacious and clean, as the rest of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very nice, and the breakfast options were great. I highly recommand for a few days in Queenstown !

My view from my room over the lake was spectacular. The breakfast had a wide variety of food. The shuttle in and out of Queenstown with no extra charge was always on time and a lovely way to travel in and out of Queenstown.
