The room is spacious and comfortable. There's a water taxi (about 10mins walk from the hotel) and bus stop (about 20mins inclined walk). WiFi is strong. They tidy up the room each day. Breakfast was OK, the staff knows already what I wanted on my 3rd day.

Location is fabulous. The lake view is very beautiful and romantic, Facility is so great. Service is outstanding. Staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Concierge wants to do the best that they can to support you. Beds are so great. The Shower is so nice that you want to stay in it for as much as you can.

Location was impeccable and staff really did try their hardest, it was just the worn out scruffy room and hallways with chipped paint and very worn surfaces and carpets that was so disappointing. It's the little things that have a big impact. A small surface restoration right through, and use of a quality interior designer and they'd have it sorted. This location is truly unsurpassed, so honour that and get a full refurbishment sorted !!

Lovely peaceful and scenic location across the bay from Queenstown (small ferry gets you there and back). Spacious and well designed rooms and a larger two sink bathroom. A bit of luxury for us after a few days on the road.
