Warm and fantastic services. Feel comfortable while walking into the lobby. Near Bergen bus station and train station, need a short walk to Fish Market and Bryggen but still a really great location for traveller.

Set on the same grounds as the Michael Monastery in the Nordnes area of Bergen, Klosterhagen Hotel offers free WiFi and rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Bergen Aquarium is a 10-minute walk away.

I loved personal taxi ride from Airport to Hotel. I felt safe and welcomed for that. The view from my window out to the hills was amazing! The room was private but provided everything I needed. Personal in the hotel is very warm and attentive. Breakfast is delicious with strong coffee and good warm morning bread. Atmosphere is very cozy. I felt very welcomed there.

The room was well organised and it was the first time that I had a heated bathroom floor which was SO nice to have. I mentioned on booking.com that it was my husband's birthday and they invited us with chocolate and wine which was incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast had a great selection and it was nice to see the location of the hotel at easy convenience to the center. It was a great stay and the staff were very hospitable.

Very nice place with kind and helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent, large variety of nice food from cold to warm. The room is very stylish, looks like it was taken out of an Agatha Christie book. The bathroom is nice and clean. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner is provided. The hotel is right at the harbour and Bryggen, where you can find lovely restaurants, bars and the old town which is beautiful. Also the Fjord criuse trips start from the harbour 2 Minutes away from the hotel. Airport bus stops 1 minute away, airport train is 10 minutes walk away. This town is georgeous and so are its people. I would go back like right now.

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. For this trip I ended up in Bergen. A beautiful town in Fjord rich Norway. My schedule ran out in such a way that I ended up in Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg, which is also close to the airport, about half an hour from the center. The namesake is a very famous person in Bergen, look it up. On arrival I was surprised by the size of the Hotel and the striking lighting made me think I was on Broadway New York or on The Strip in Vegas. But this was picturesque Bergen and I didn't expect that. The welcome at the reception, the service and the spacious modern room were "simply" excellent! Unfortunately I had to leave early again so I had to skip breakfast this time. However, the lady at the reception had noticed this and had a packed lunch prepared for me. I was quickly handed this over by the night employee on duty just before I got into the taxi. Well done and much appreciated, Top Notch! Thank you. Ronald van der Meijden

The hotel was amazing. Super clean and welcoming! Location was great, right next to a bus stop and Bryggen as well as most of the other tourist attractions. The breakfast, fika and dinner were also delicious and varied day to day. Check in and check out we’re both really easy and efficient and all staff were really nice.

This hotel overlooks Vågen Harbour, about 300 metres from Bergen’s fish market and 1.5 km from Bergen Central Station. It offers harbour views, free WiFi and a popular breakfast buffet.

The Location was my number 1 reason why I booked our group in this hotel. And it definitely did not disappoint. First, the view of the Deluxe and superior Rooms where facing the Bryggen houses. Then it is also walking distance to the port and fish market and other places like the funicular. The breakfast was very good as well. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. The days when we need to leave before opening of the breakfast (7:00AM), i requested for a take-away breakfast meal pack which we all enjoyed and appreciate.
