GermanyThe location is great with beautiful views and the parking is free and plenty. Very friendly and helpful staff. The standard double room wasn't that great, and the lady upgraded our room. Breakfast was also reasonably good, though not excellent. The price is quite good compared to Alesund.

Alesund is a stunning town and Hotel Brosundet is right in the heart of it. The building exterior is gorgeous and matched by the lobby and rooms. Be sure to make a reservation at the restaurant in advance! We ate in the cafe and still had a lovely dinner, then stopped by the on-site bar for delicious cocktails. Overall it was an excellent location, clean and modern rooms, and all the amenities needed.
