This is the second time I've stayed at citizenM during a layover at Schiphol and it definitely won't be the last. This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable, and just a short walk from baggage claim. Self check-in and check-out is quick and easy with iPads. The people who work here are friendly. The wifi is fast. All in all, a great experience. Just a note if you're planning to share a room with someone: the toilet and shower are basically in the center of the room. I would only share a room here with someone I'm very close to :)

I had a great stay at this hotel. The spa is excellent—perfect for relaxing after a long flight. Breakfast is impressive, with a wide variety of food, including champagne, which is a nice touch. However, there aren’t too many seats available, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very enjoyable experience! Shuttle bus is every 30 minutes at :00 and :30 minutes accordingly

After weather caused a missed connection from Berlin to the UK, we ended up here overnight before catching our next flight and were so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the great location (incredibly close to the airport), lovely breakfast and the stylish design. We were travelling with a 2 year old and a newborn and so were very grateful for the quick service and great food
