I liked everything. And on top of everything the lobby was fantastic and you can get free tea there, very cozy and nice. The previous hotel didn't even have a lobby and was about the same price.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was brilliant in every way too. The hotel is within easy walk to the centre and other places of interest and although next to roads we didn’t hear any noise at night. Staff were very polite and hospitable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and practical with nice styling. The close proximity to the metro stop made it very easy to get to from the train station with our luggage. I'm keen to return to The Hague and would book this hotel again.

It was clean, with adjustable air conditioning. A coffee machine, kettle, and tea were available. All appliances were in working order. The room was well-insulated.

Everything about our stay was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind. The receptionist (apologies for not catching your name!) gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable for both us and our dog. For breakfast, they thoughtfully provided a separate area where pets are allowed, which we really appreciated
