Great location 16 minute walk from station . Beautifully appointed . Very helpful staff who allowed my daughter to check in ahead of me . Great Nespresso coffee in morning ( in room ) . A small patio with room which would be lovely in summer . Ours was a snug room but great and very good value .

The perfect location right next to the exit of Leiden station! You can go almost everywhere in Leiden by walk and enjoy good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is good, also very nice to have lunch there if you have a meeting there. Great view, great room, definitely great place to stay.

I mixed up dates and mistakenly booked the sames day and dates in December rather than September as we were only passing through the area on our return to Ireland. The female supervisor on reception contacted Booking dot com for us and arranged a change of dates and prices accordingly. I cannot praise her enough. NOTE: of having dinner and thinking of haves the mixed desserts between two of you, it is a big delicious helping.

Frank and Petra are excellent hosts, so kind. The welcome message included all the necessary transport options, what a relief, thanks! We also had to see a doctor whilst there, and they were most helpful. The house is fabulous, meticulously decorated, everything is explained, everything you need is there.... There are steep stairs, but your bag will be taken up, so no need to worry. The rooms are beautiful, large, with a sitting room and table, separate bedroom, very comfortable bed, and huge windows to see the back yard. You can be warm or cool, up to you. Breakfast is downstairs, everything you could need or wish for, delicious. There are lots of transport options into and around town, very easy. We would stay again gladly.

Walking distance to city, pramstation just outside, staff was very helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast spread varied and served vegan and glutenfri options. Thumbs up!! Enjoyed the green and sea inspired interior.
