I like every thing It was not my first time in this hotel But last time was before the pandamic It was reinovated This visit to Malyasia i stayed in 7 five star hitels sunway resort was the last and it made me think why i did nit stay just in tgis hotel

It was connected to the KLIA airport and I love that the hotel provide buggy service from and to the hotel. The check-in service is very smooth. Staffs are very friendly.

I was visiting after 20 years. The team made a special effort to welcome me back. I appreciate it, a lot. The property is stunning. Two pools. One a 50m olympic size one that I used. The other is ideal for kids and has a lovely water slide. Lake in the background with multiple restaurants overlooking it. Food at both the golf club and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Location close to KL Sentral was excellent. It was very easy to take the express train from the airport. Great appartment layout and bonus of a pool to cool off was appreciated as acclimatising to the heat.

If I could stay there permanently I would. If I go to Malaysia again I may book Vivatel Hotel again, amazing service and the staff are kind and helpful. The food was amazing too, whether breakfast or you simply order. Every morning different types of cuisines.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Close to the MRT line which is on the main line for touristic purposes. The hotel rooms were massive and the breakfast was delicious. VERY AFFORDABLE FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL would definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity presents itself.
