room was big and spacious, got a nice living area/shower area on the ground floor, bedroom was upstairs with an outdoor shower and covered toilet, lovely balcony, comfortable big bed, location was amazing as it is in the Center of Georgetown, staff were all professional, helpful and informative, we had an amazing stay!

Loved our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable especially considering we had our baby with us. The room was spacious, carpeted floor was clean - great for a crawling baby. Breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, their rice porridge and cheese omelette was a big hit with my 9mo. One breakfast staff in particular stood out - Dayang was her name, she was very pleasant and friendly.

This is a fabulous small hotel with a real distinctive atmosphere. All the rooms are decorated with vintage furniture and modern artwork, the building is an old Indian house with patio and garden. The rooms are very large, there again furnished with vintage pieces, and very well equipped. The icing on the cake is the friendliness of the staff: we were welcomed by Anna, who remembers all the guests names and is a formidable host. I should not forget the great breakfast in the adjoining restaurant room (same attention to details in the decoration) with cooked plates and fresh fruit. The location is perfect, just off the main sites and animated streets. Don't miss out on 23 Love Lane Hotel to go back with long lasting memories of your stay in Penang!
