The decor was beautiful, and everything was spotless. The staff were exceptionally friendly. While the pool was quite busy with children, the overall hotel experience was wonderful, and the room service was excellent.

Grand setting, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. They told us early check in was subject to availability but we managed to get a room anyway - clear communication to manage our expectations and tell us what is possible. Breakfast is superb, in spread and quality. Starts early at 6am so it's good for a hearty meal before getting on an early flight. Really a breeze.

Location is great. Next to KL Sentral main train station and transportation hub. With Cover walkway from the station, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious. Bed very comfortable. I'd asked for room close together but get better - connecting room with my friends room. Buffet breakfast is also great with large selection of food - Western, Chinese, and Local Malay.

Probably one of my favourite hotels in the world. The room was great – large and supremely comfortable. The view over the park was amazing. The staff are super friendly, and the whole hotel has an air of professionalism and excellence. We ate at Chynna twice and loved it. The location is so handy – so close to the airport train and also the Nu Sentral Mall. We'll stay again – and soon.

A beautiful property in the middle of the city and yet feels like in the midst of nature with a lake and a lot of greenery. We stayed in the Club room (suite) which was extremely spacious. Restaurants on-site esp the Chinese one were excellent. Breakfast is good, please offer a few more vegetarian options.
