The rooms were spacious and luxurious, the service and staff were exceptional. Food at both restaurants very good as well as lovely high tea. Ravi and Anji went out of their way for us and Dani in housekeeping folded towels into swans for us. The attention to detail and service was wonderful, it’s like a place where time stands still, even for a little bit. Highly recommended.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the vibes were immaculate, the view was gorgeous, the price was reasonable for the service, the room was cozy, and the food was amazing. If anything, I love how secluded and calm it is here, it truly is one of the best getaways I've been to. Thank you Bala's Holiday Chalet for hosting, you've been so accommodating and we loved it all.
