It was late on Friday but Syahiir managed to upgrade us to a junior suite in Rasa Wing. The room and amenities were well suited to our needs. The privileges that we received were absolutely delightful. We would like to acknowledge the housekeeping services provided by Abu Hasan. He provided customer services of the highest standards. We will definitely stay at this facility when we visit Penang next time!
