You weren’t leaving breakfast hungry! Fresh fruit, fresh cakes and pastries, eggs, etc coffee tea. Our room was clean and there was no street noise so we had a restful sleep. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shops. They had the road running in front of the hotel closed off so it became a mall. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location - everything we did or wanted was a short walk away Alejandro was so lovely, friendly and hospitable, he gave us some great tips for the city and was so happy to help us and make our stay comfortable. All of the staff were also just as friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a lovely roof terrace that is really pleasant to sit out in the morning or evening. The decor of the hotel was also really lovely and I think we were lucky enough to catch the last of their Xmas decorations which were great! Thanks so much for a lovely stay :)

The photos don’t do this wonderful hotel justice. We had a lovely stay here, the building has been tastefully and sensitively renovated. The rooms are very big and well equipped bathrooms. Ricardo and his team in the restaurant and kitchen are fantastic. He is a wonderful host sharing background in food and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They made our stay very special. Location is very convenient for exploring the centre of town and getting out on day trips.

It is hard to find anything bad to say about this property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and worked so well together to help each other out. The room was beautifully kept, very clean and in good condition with no real maintenance needed. The guests were of all ages and there were full rooms over the holidays. The breakast was a great quality food and with really great service. Nothing was too much to ask from this team. Daniel is always at the desk and keeps the place in good running order. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk to the main parts of the city. The swimming pool is great, hardly anyone used it so we had good swims in it but not sure how busy the hotel was. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely if you are looking for a truly authentic Mexican hotel. Friendly staff.
