This property was a last minute find as we approached the Day of the Dead festivities. And what a great find it was. The property is everything you expect and more. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable, location is central, very good wifi, staff is amazing and the breakfast was fulfilling. We tried to extend but of course the property was booked solid. Our stay was extremely pleasant.

The location was great to explore Oaxaca, close to everything and very walkable. Felt very safe in this area as a solo traveller the room and bathroom were a good size.

It is hard to find anything bad to say about this property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and worked so well together to help each other out. The room was beautifully kept, very clean and in good condition with no real maintenance needed. The guests were of all ages and there were full rooms over the holidays. The breakast was a great quality food and with really great service. Nothing was too much to ask from this team. Daniel is always at the desk and keeps the place in good running order. I would stay here again without a doubt.

This Hotel is beautiful, very clean and helpful staff. It is a great central location yet quiet. I was on the 3rd floor at the back and did not hear anything. I also had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Also has a terrace on top floor and outside seating.

It is a palace style hotel with exceptional service Rooms are huge snd comfortable Suite room on the ground floor was not so good but management changed to another room one floor up The terrace is incredible

The location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk to the main parts of the city. The swimming pool is great, hardly anyone used it so we had good swims in it but not sure how busy the hotel was. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely if you are looking for a truly authentic Mexican hotel. Friendly staff.
