The location is fantastic! Close to the main strip and the main beach. Very quiet at night too. The massage was excellent and golf car hire - definitely recommend! Staff were all lovey and very helpful.

Everything it was AMAZING !!! loved the staff they made this place even more enjoyable!!! The breakfast buffet was delicious, the beach was stunning the location was fabulous and perfect for exploring the beautiful island. Dani & Antonio at the beach bar were lovely gentleman & service was fantastic. Josè at the reception was such a lovely man and his smile was so welcoming and warm. We had a super stay; very kindly received a room upgrade to a top floor club suite. It was very well appointed and decorated. I had seen some reviews saying rooms were a bit tired and dated but our room was excellent, lovely view, balcony with loungers, and completely quiet. Huge bathroom and quality toiletries. Really good breakfast and lovely to eat next to the beach. The beach is beautiful there, no seaweed and lots of loungers. Everyone we delay with was so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is amazing as the staff, the food is really good . I highly recommend this hotel. The bonus is the club kids, my son loved everything there. I also did 2 excursosions ( Chichen itza and Isla Mujeres, and both were perfect, the staff super friendly, all the time asking if we want something to drink, the excursion for chichen itza I loved it, they guys guides have a lot of knowledge.
