Everything! The ambience is fabulouse and it looks surreal with the interior designs. A well thoight out place. Kudos to the interior designer. The staff were friendly but only one could speak English. The management should consider having a bilingual staff ready to help foreign visitors.

There is lots to enjoy about this hotel. The bird cages with budgerigars and finches, the water refill stations, the buffet breakfast in the courtyard, the excellent Grand Tequila Tour which was so much fun, and the lovely friendly and helpful staff. The metro and local buses are a 2 minutes walk away. The main attractions are a 5-10 minute walk.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many places and for anything else, cabs were easy and inexpensive. The hotel manager would arrange a taxi pick up anytime we needed/wanted it. The rooms were very clean and I loved that they provided complimentary bottles of water each day. The gym's equipment was in great shape and the workout room was even equipped with a TV. The hotel restaurant was extremely convenient and room service is available. They really do a great job all around at this hotel. I would definitely stay there again on any future return trips!
