This hotel is indeed a real dream ! the picture are simply understating the beauty of the place! we spend tree wonderful days over there. Tlaquepaque which is two blocks away is a wonderful and very safe place full of arts shops. Don’t hesitate to ask Carlos, the barman, for a tip.

We made use of the bar a few times, which was good. Only tried the restaurant once for breakfast, and we were happy with that.

Everything! The ambience is fabulouse and it looks surreal with the interior designs. A well thoight out place. Kudos to the interior designer. The staff were friendly but only one could speak English. The management should consider having a bilingual staff ready to help foreign visitors.

The room itself was large and well appointed. The bathroom and shower were great with excellent products. The bed linen waa excellent and very comfortable. The maid service was great. The breakfast in the Club Room and the service were superb. As was the evening cocktail hour. The front desk was attentive to our needs.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many places and for anything else, cabs were easy and inexpensive. The hotel manager would arrange a taxi pick up anytime we needed/wanted it. The rooms were very clean and I loved that they provided complimentary bottles of water each day. The gym's equipment was in great shape and the workout room was even equipped with a TV. The hotel restaurant was extremely convenient and room service is available. They really do a great job all around at this hotel. I would definitely stay there again on any future return trips!

The room was larger and more spacious than expected (we booked the room with two beds). The closet space was superb. Large stand up shower. The views from the 11th floor were nice. Also its located right across the street from plenty of really nice food options, an oxxo and a Santander ATM. Cant ask for much more than that.
