All inclusive service was amazing from table service, silver service, wine tasting & room service at no additional charge. Staff could not do enough to make each guest feel welcome.

The staff members are adorable, the location is perfect, because it’s close to the airport and has its own beach. The food at the hotel is great, especially the breakfast.

Absolutely everything. I travel a lot and Live Aqua is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Food is amazing, cocktails are incredible, the pool is insane, staff are so courteous. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillow and little things like shower pressure being perfect met my high standards. Air con was also fantastic (it’s a must in Mexico). Honestly I can’t fault this hotel. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. We even extended our stay to an extra night as we loved it so much. Also shout out to Emilio whose hospitality service by the pool was 5 star impeccable. 10/10!!

Temptation is not a hotel… it’s a happiness laboratory with a pool. From the moment you arrive, something — maybe the weather, maybe the atmosphere… or maybe a secret plan from the staff — makes you smile nonstop. Here, everything is so pleasant that even the sargassum looks like tropical décor. The most incredible thing is not the facilities (which are postcard-worthy), but its people. There’s a warmth you can feel… and another you can almost subliminally breathe in. It’s as if the air carried a hidden message: “Relax, have fun, you’re in good hands.” The marketing team should teach classes on how to make a guest feel special: I received more than I paid for, and these days that’s a miracle. The food is on another level. The Teppanyaki chef at Sutra, from Veracruz if my memory is right, turned dinner into a show I still dream about. And at Rain, breakfast was a festival of flavors: the kings of the omelette, without question. The rooms — spotless. Moments I will keep in my memory, like eating with “Anaconda,” a Dominican entertainer whose kindness disarms you. Between Caribbean stories and laughter, I completely forgot that the internet is slow… although with hundreds connected, navigating is almost an extreme sport. Still, why need internet when there’s so much real life to enjoy? The gardens look like they’re straight out of a movie, the sexy pool is pure energy, and the other quiet pool is an oasis to rest and let time melt away. Intense partying several times a day for those who want rhythm… silence and calm for those seeking peace. I leave with the certainty that here they don’t just sell vacations, but an experience carefully designed so that happiness seeps in through all your senses. It was worth crossing the world to meet them. A thousand thanks for an experience I will always keep in my heart. NEW ZEALAND.

They welcomed my dogs with treats!!so nice with dogs!!!the place is a gorgeous building, great Pool and the staff was excelent. I want to emphazice the personel, they are incredible!

We had an amazing time at Gr solaris, staff was great, food was ok, the room was clean and bed comfy. They have great animations and the hotel is kid friendly. I loved it

The hotel is amazing. Music everywhere, feels like a big party with great food. Consierge Javier Alcivar was very helpful and offered us an amazing honeymoon upgrade!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me with every issues. The room is huge and very comfortable. I also enjoyed breakfast in the hotel: nice choice and tasty dishes. The hotel is in the main street and not far from the bus station and supermarkets.
