United KingdomVery helpful staff who looked after our bags when we arrived early to check in and instantly arranged for a very good value taxi the next morning to take us to the Ado station. Hotel was good value for money, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I used the gym which has running machines and weights. You can easily walk to the pier and the main streets of Chetumal. View from pool was lovely.
