The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite. The location is very good, you can see harbor across the road from the hotel's bar. Service on the reception is excellent. The receptionists were very helpful with planning travels within Malta and Gozo as well as with solving any other questions.

The best hotel I've ever been. Wow all staff is soooooooo kind and helpful they are willing to care about you anytime anywhere. I was so impressed and seriously everyone should stay here. Nice location, perfect room condition, super kind staff, good outside pool and inside, spa, massage, well decorated gardening etc

Staff was really friendly and hardworking. Breakfast was varied with some gluten free options. The pool bar has cheap prices and a lot of different drinks and cocktails.

All the staff were lovely and always friendly and smiling. The design of the room was aesthetically pleasing, very chic and modern. The terrace had a fantastic view.

English breakfast was good with the staff providing apparently unlimited amounts of coffee. :) There's a nice direct view on St John's C-Cathedral's bell tower. The bell rings often so earbuds can be a necessity if one is a light sleeper. The old house has staircases and a rooftop that are fun to explore with lots of old stuff on display. Definitely not a generic hotel. We had a good sleep every night thanks to a comfortable bed, good room temperature and window shutters.
