Everything was first class. We were met in reception by Ivana and another lady and were greeted with a welcome drink and snack, which were delicious. Both ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about amenities in the area and recommended a restaurant in the town, which was fantastic. There was another lady in the morning at breakfast and she was equally as helpful and charming. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely courtyard and the rooms were very comfortable. It is a short walk from the hotel to the city centre and it has provision for off road secure parking. I would strongly recommend it as a base for exploring the area.

The friendly family atmosphere of everyone that worked there. They did their absolute best to please all guests. You wouldn’t get that attention in a huge multi building hotel. We met the owners of the property and they treated us to a delicious traditional Macedonian meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them with their busy lives. Sooo welcoming and genuinely beautiful people. We stayed there 2 weeks and I’ve missed them all very much since and a smile always comes when I recall our time there. Clean and in a great spot, quiet and within walking distance to the centre. The staff were super nice and this was the second time we’ve stayed there. Would recommend it highly.
