We were in love! The room was amazing, especially the restroom with all of the essentials. The design was really cool as well! The bed was super comfy. The location was great too btw! The receptionist lady helped us to order a cheap taxi. Breakfast was quite good too.

We stayed in a triple room with balcony - it was spacious, modern, spotlessly cleaned & with all needed amenities. The complimentary water, sweets and handwritten welcome note made us feel genuinely special! The staff were professional, polite and incredibly helpful, providing a truly high standard of service 👏 Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of variety. We also stopped for a lunch in hotel restaurant and it was just as impressive - both in taste and service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of, and without a doubt, we will be staying in Aurel again on our next visit. Huge thank you to all the employees from all departments!

We put in a special request before we arrived and the amazing staff took care of the request, many thanks for that! We arrived after midnight and the gentleman at the front desk welcomed us and showed us everything. Every member of the staff is really welcoming and will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very versatile and delicious, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel has it´s own parking lot and has the best location in Podgorica (3 min walking distance from the city center). All things considered, I would recommend Ziya Hotel to everyone coming to Podgorica!
