Very friendly staff, ready to help and assist you any hour of the day. They really make you feel at home. The suite (we had the Marilyn Monroe suite) was fantastic. Spacious, with two bathrooms, including a big bath. The round bed was perfect; big enough for a tall guy like myself and with a very good matrass for a good night sleep. Breakfast was very good; you can have it brought to your room, but I would advise to take it in the typical Morocco chamber. And don't miss out on the Spa. Enough to choose from, and all done in a professional and pleasant way.

Hajar, the Guest Relations officer, deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. Her warm smile and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. Furthermore, the receptionists, Badr and Fatima-Zahra, were incredibly professional and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The valet parking service was also top-notch, with the staff demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care for our vehicle. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep. Lovely stay! Couldnt find anything to fault. I took a single room. It has a simple yet beautiful decoration, with everything you need for a comfortable stay..And the shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly too! Very close to the train station, perfect to connect to the airport. Everything was great. I didnt have the opportunity to try the breakfast as I had an early departure in the morning. It was about 40 min away from the main Mosque..But very close overall to town centre/Medina!
