Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.

Loved the whole feel of the place, it is like an oasis in the middle of the city, serene, spa like, with big super comfortable rooms, super comfy beds, marvellous bathroom. We enjoyed the food immensly, hat off to the chefs! Most of all, we appreciated the attentivness of the staff. Everyone was excellent. Mohamed who organized all our tours and helped us with useful tips. And our favourite, most kind and professional Sachit Lakshan, whom we adored and would recommend to every hotel :) we do not remember other names but have to give compliments to each and everyone who made our stay there so exquisit Thank you all. My stay was absolutely great and that is why I am giving 10 on review, however as informed earlier to duty manager, someone smoked on non smoking floor and made the stay very unpleasant. Hilton told that they will compensate the uncomfortable stay it never happened. Look forward for an point compensation.
