The check-in and check out peocess was simple and easy. The room was very clean and larger than expected. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and despite being in the middle of the city you couldn't hear noise from the room. The location was also very convenient and walking distance from many key points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

We were up on the 20th floor great view of the city at night time, there was breakfast offered but we opted to try the near by cafes. Location was great just a short walk to the main shopping street, local attractions and train station was great.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Both times the location has been perfect, the staff went above and beyond to help us, the rooftop spa was really warm, the beds are comfy and the bespoke essential oil mix that they use in the foyer & room spray was divine. Highly recommend!

It was my second time staying here! Great location - 7 min walk from the JR station and around 15 min walk from the Tanukikoji area. Love the public bath though it was always busy in the evening. Excellent customer service, both online and on site, was definitely a plus!

I like the hotel branch. Been staying with them for every trip. Food is great and services are awesome. I requested for a good view of the city, I got the top level corner room which is the best view and I do not hear much noises even though my room is in front of the elevator for wheelchair. I would like to upload video instead of photos but booking.com doesn't allow it. Video is much better to give you an idea of how much space and gap you'll get.
