Amazing hotel, comfortable. The room had a washer dryer which helped a lot! The location was pretty convenient to go anywhere by subway and train, but also to walk to Dotombori if you feel like. I really loved the sauna as well. The breakfast was complete and delicious!

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel inside Shin-Osaka station. This was especially convenient after a long day trip to just come back to the station and get directly to our room. Lots of Restaurants and food options within station. Decent size rooms and very comfortable stay

Perfect location within walking distance to everything. A good base to explore Osaka and the region. Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is okay although I would have appreciated a greater selection of both Western and Japanese food.

Location is excellent . Walking distance to Dontobori and main shopping streets . The view is breathtaking to Osaka skyline . Clean . And the staff are very polite and helpful .
